SomnaLux is a sleep and wellness application. This Privacy Policy explains how SomnaLux handles information when you use the app.
With your permission, SomnaLux may read sleep analysis, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation data from Apple Health through HealthKit. SomnaLux uses this information on your device to display sleep, recovery, and wellness insights.
SomnaLux does not sell HealthKit data. SomnaLux does not transmit HealthKit data to the developer's servers or to third parties. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, or insurance purposes.
SomnaLux does not collect personal information or health information from the app. Information used by the app remains on your device unless you independently choose to share it using features provided by your device or operating system.
You control whether SomnaLux can access HealthKit data. You can review or revoke Health permissions at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings. If you revoke permission, features that depend on those data types may no longer be available.
SomnaLux provides sleep and wellness information for educational and personal wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional regarding medical questions or concerns.
SomnaLux is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
